We door deliver all our raw meals through refrigerated couriers. Find out more in our delivery policy.

Once received, all orders are processed 8 hours prior to dispatching.

Yes you may, provided it's within a 6 hour period. If we've already delivered, you can contact us to organise a reimbursement if refund conditions are satisfied.

If you believe you have received an incorrect order please contact us immediately and we will resolve the issue.

If there are delays with your order, you will be informed ahead of time, if for some reason that hasn't happened please give us a call or email us with the subject "Order#**** Not Arrived" and we will get back to you ASAP.

If you would like it delivered with your initial order, it can be possible provided your new purchase is done within 2 hours of your initial order.

Our shipping carrier will deliver your order inside our signature boxes with the raw meals wrapped thermo insulated bubble wrap to maintain temperature.

Raw meals will be packed in sealed food trays or vacuum sealed bags to ensure no leaks, they may also be labelled according to your order specifics.

If you are not home, it will be placed accordingly in a cool spot. Even if left outside in the sun, your pet's meals will maintain temperature for at least 3-4 hours.

You will receieve notfications via email or text notifying you of your order being enroute and when it's delivered.

When delivered you'll recieve photo proof of placement on your residence.

Yes you can, simply log into your customer account and change your pup's plan.

Alternatively you can mesage us via our messenger or email and let us know what you'd like to change. Easy!

The smallest order we allow for delivery and fuel considerations would be 4 raw meals each weighing 125 grams (weekly pack)

The largest order in a single delivery would be 20 kilograms. Any more than that can be arranged after some discussion so feel free to contact us regarding larger bulk orders. We can definietly help you.

Nothing just relax and wait for your delivery. Once it is enroute from our facility we will notify you. If you won't be home, it will be place in a cool spot accordingly.

Yes, all meals are minced and packed cold from our facility.

Our courier will deliver them in refrigerated trucks/vans to ensure it stays between 1-4°.

To avoid any incidents and for the safety of our personnel and your precious pup, we suggest securing/restraining all dogs that are sensitive to couriers and delivery personnel.

Raw meals and raw feeding in general is nutritious and calorie dense therefore it would be recommended to fed your dog once a day with the amount specified from our daily raw feeding calculator.

It's pretty simple, just empty contents from the tray into your dogs bowl, theyll enjoy it cold.

Yes you may, but it's probably best you stick to raw feeding if your dog is used to it & enjoys it more.

You will also be less likely to run into any upset stomach issues.

Although highly unlikey, it isn't unwise to assume some stomach issues may arise if your dog is sensitive to some ingredients.

Please do not hesitate to inform us and we can work on issuing a refund, recall or adjusting your meals to make sure no more issues arise.

Yes! Just specify in a note provided in your shopping cart any ingredient(s) you want removed.

Please be advised any removal of ingredients other than the add-ons will not reduce the price.

Best place to be stored is the fridge. They come in easily stackable trays.

For weekly packs of 7 we recommend storing 2 in the fridge and freeze the remaining 5.

Once you reach the rd day remove one of the remaining 5 each monring to be thawed and ready for dinner or do so according to your dog's feeding schedule.

It is best to freeze meals immediately.

All packed and sealed raw meals can last up to 3 days if left in the fridge & more than 2 months frozen.

Yes, it's possible. Because we are dealing with raw food we are unable to accept returns. Please see our refund policy

Please send photo proof of the unsatisfactory order. Once approved and a refund is made, a receipt will be provided to you and you'll be notified via email.

No, as we are dealing with raw meat, we cannot accept returns. Please see our return policy

Our facility is not a walk-in store therefore we will not accept unannoucned returns.

All refunds will be automaticall deposited into the bank account you have provided during your initial order.

This will be tricky as we are not in control of customer's individual bank processing times.
