A Quick Introduction

Who are we?

Howler was founded back in April 2020 by Will and Jon, we come from a family with a background in pet food.

For a number of years our family has owned and operated a successful pet foods store called Pets Corner Store based in Geelong, Victoria and have been raw feeding all the pups of Geelong, the Surf Coast and the Bellarine Peninsula.

Why we started Howler?

We realised during the pandemic how difficult it would be to feed raw fed pups, especially for the mums and dads, it wasn't as easy as popping down to the Woolies and picking up a bag of dry flavourless dog food, you had to physically drive to a raw food store or meat supplier and pick up a massive bag of minced meat (discounted off-cuts maybe) and portion it yourself.

It was even more of a headache for the dog owners making their own raw food at home.

We decided to even the playing field and make raw feeding just as easily accessible as dry dog food, so we branched out from our family's walk-in pet foods shop to provide a delivery service to nearby suburbs.

This quickly grew to most of Melbourne's western suburbs, we now service the entire Melbourne, Ballarat, Bendigo, Albury/Wodonga Canberra and Sydney with over 500+ of happy raw fed subscribers.

We're still on our away from expanding to other states. We know there are so many raw fed pups to feed!

What do we do?

Howler is a raw pet food delivery service specialising in a variety of raw pet meals.

We blend a selection of raw meat like Beef, Kangaroo, Venison, Lamb, Veal, Duck and Chicken with a wide variety of fresh whole veggies, chicken or duck bone and offal.

We also offer pure minced meat or mixed with other minced meats such as our Beef and Ox Tail Bowl. See for yourself.

Our raw meals are made fresh daily as we source ingredients that are minced, mixed and packed as soon as they come into our facility.

None of our ingredients are stored more than 48 hours.
